WHAT I DO

As a mom of two girls, healthy living helps me feel strong and energized. However, I often hear other moms say their family’s needs come before their own.  I want to help change that mindset. I bring together more than 10 years of experience in the fitness community – as gym fanatic -turned at-home-fitness junky, former personal trainer, and a Beachbody coach – and many years of experience dodging healthy eating and fitness.  My mission is to help other moms find a plan where they can find the right balance for their personal self ( healthy eating , exercise and personal development) and their family. 

MY MISSION

My philosophy is creating new healthy habits through support, planning, prioritizing, and accountability. For starters, I surround myself with people who inspire me (not just from an health and exercise perspective), but people with positive energy — because positive energy generates more positive energy.  I also create social habits and relationships that help encourage me to stay accountable – this can be through a specific multi-week exercise program (such as Body Beast, Piyo or 21 Day Fix) or through a running group.  It’s about creating a plan that makes you feel accountable.  It’s about prioritizing that plan in a way that doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed.  And it’s about sticking to that plan until it becomes a habit and a lifestyle, not a fad.

My Offerings: As a coach and motivator, I offer the following services aimed at sharing positivity, creating self-love, and empowering others to believe in themselves and make themselves a priority through better nutrition and moving often:  

• Personalized lifestyle assessment
• Customized strategy on new healthy lifestyle approaches (including exercise routines)
• Assistance navigating new meal plans
• Regular support, encouragement, accountability
• Teach you how to make fitness part of your daily routine
